Dear Christian, Just a quick note to thank you & your organisation for your assistance in resolving my debt issues. We had a face to face meeting at the Canberra Airport on the 9th June 2009, where I presented you with my tale of woe & portfolio of debt.

Debt that I had naively been coerced into by irresponsible lenders, who time & time again offered me more & more credit that I foolishly accepted in an endeavour to resolve my financial situation to the extent that I could not possibly service the debt with any hope of settling the creditors in this life time.

When I sit & consider the situation I was in I find it very unsettling that funds continued to be offered to me despite the dire situation I obviously was heading for with no hope of resolution. More scary was the fact that the were ‘main stream financial institution lenders’ not some ‘loan sharks’ or ‘pay day lenders’ & that I had always been honest with them in declaring my existing debts, financial commitments & income.

I don’t consider myself an idiot, I could subconsciously see where this was going but could see no other solution but to accept further offers of credit. I think that the fact that those offering me the credit were’ main stream lenders’ of international repute helped me ignore my self realised fears by telling myself that all must be ok or this standard of lender who not be pursuing me with continued offers of credit. Well we all know where it ended up.

I was very fortunate to find your organisation Christian & to have been able to avail myself of your assistance in resolving this situation, though I cannot say it wasn’t without trepidation that I left our meeting in Canberra. The following months were full of trying to reassure myself & my partner that I was doing the right thing often receiving harassment from creditors by phone & mail at work & home that I reported to your consultants who made an effort to abate this barrage but which often continued unabated.

However, once settlements started to happen, for the first time in years I could see the light at the end of the tunnel & a real ability to meet & finalise these agreed negotiated settlements. I would particularly like to make mention of your Client Relationship Manager Aniel Singh for his assistance, perseverance & communication in negotiating settlements on my behalf, his work has been exemplary & I can not commend & thank him enough for all he has done for me on your behalf.
